Ingredients

Whipped Cream:
  • 1 Cup heavy cream cold
  • 2 Tablespoons powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract pure
Cheesecake:
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 2 Tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons heavy whipping cream
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract pure
  • 10 ounces cherry pie filling
  • 5 butter cookies crushed

Instructions

  1. Whipped Cream:
  2. Using whisk attachment, whip heavy cream until it begins to thicken.
  3. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Whip to soft peaks then set aside.
  4. Cheesecake:
  5. Whip cream cheese, powdered sugar, heavy cream and vanilla until smooth.
  6. Reserve some whipped cream for topping and gently fold the remaining whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
  7. Assembly:
  8. Layer serving dishes with crushed cookies, whipped cheesecake, cherry filling and whipped cream.
  9. Serve cold.
