Inside Out S'mores Brownie Bars

Ingredients
- 1 box brownie mix *or homemade version of brownies
- 1 package Graham crackers
- 2 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Prepare brownie batter according to boxed directions.
- Prepare an 8x8 pan by greasing the bottom and sides with nonstick spray or lining with parchment paper.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the greased pan.
- Layer graham crackers evenly over the top of brownie mix.
- Cover graham crackers with marshmallows, ensuring an even layer.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips over the top of the mini marshmallows.
- Pour remaining brownie batter on top of the chocolate chips.
- Bake in oven for 35-40 minutes, or until brownies are done and toothpick comes out clean when inserted in center of pan.
- Cool for 20 minutes before slicing and serving. For easiest serving, allow to cool completely before cutting.
