Instant Blueberry Frozen Yogurt

A beautiful, naturally sweetened creamy blueberry frozen yogurt made with only 3 ingredients in an instant! No churning, just blend and serve.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups frozen blueberries
  • 2 cups non-fat Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine blueberries, yoghurt, honey and vanilla in a food processor or blender. Process until smooth, for about 2 minutes. Scrape down the sides and process again until smooth.
  2. For a creamier frozen yoghurt serve immediately OR freeze for about 10 minutes in a tray/container until set. For an icier consistency, leave for up to 30 minutes, mixing through once to maintain creaminess.

Notes

  • Serve topped with fresh berries and nuts, in a waffle cone, or on its own! So many options.
