Instant Pot Apple Crisp
Instant Pot Apple Crisp brings together tart chopped Granny Smith apples in a lightly sweetened cinnamon-spiced filling under a crumbly oat and brown sugar topping. The pressure cooking softens the apples quickly while retaining some texture, and optionally broiling afterward crisps the topping for a warm contrast. This version suits those wanting a comforting apple dessert with a nicely balanced sweet and tart profile and a tender but textured fruit base.
