Instant Pot Boiled Potatoes
Perfectly cooked Instant-Pot Boiled Potatoes couldn't be easier to make. They will pair beautifully with almost any family dinner!
Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 pound potato used red
Instructions
- Place the water in the Instant Pot and place a trivet in the pot.
- Place the potatoes on the trivet, cover and set to "Sealing."
- Cook on manual high pressure for 13 minutes. Do not do a quick steam release. Let it release naturally.
