Instant Pot Bone Broth

This Instant Pot Bone Broth uses a mix of roasted beef bones, vegetables, and aromatics cooked under pressure to extract rich flavors and nutrients efficiently. The method combines an initial simmer and roasting to develop depth before pressure cooking for two hours, resulting in a deeply flavored, clear broth enhanced by apple cider vinegar and bay leaves.
