Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 4½ pounds chicken wings
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1-1½ cups hot sauce
Instructions
- Place trivet inside the Instant Pot.
- Season chicken wings and place on the trivet in a single layer.
- Pour chicken broth into the pot (directly over the chicken).
- Seal cooker and set to HIGH pressure for 10 minutes (15 minutes for frozen).
- When it’s done, release the pressure valve and wait for pressure to release, then let the chicken rest another 5 minutes.
- Toss in your favorite sauce. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Broil at 550℉ for 3-4 minutes until sauce has caramelized.
- Toss once more in additional sauce.
- Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping. Enjoy!
