Instant Pot Butternut Squash. How to cook instant pot butternut squash cubes quickly and easily. Ingredients

Instant Pot Butternut Squash Recipe Ingredients:
  • 500 g butternut squash
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice your butternut squash into butternut squash cubes, making sure you get rid of all the seeds.
  2. Remove any fleshy/soft bits of butternut squash.
  3. Pour a cup of water into your instant pot inner pot.
  4. Load your steamer basket into the instant pot.
  5. Load the butternut squash cubes into the steamer basket, sprinkle with salt and pepper and cook for 3 minutes on manual.
  6. When it beeps do quick pressure release.
  7. Serve.

Notes

  • As a guide because not all butternut squashes are the same size our cubed squash weighed 500g. It might be easier for you to work off 2 small/medium whole butternut squash.
