Instant Pot Butternut Squash Recipe Ingredients:
- 500 g butternut squash
- salt & pepper
Instructions
- Peel and slice your butternut squash into butternut squash cubes, making sure you get rid of all the seeds.
- Remove any fleshy/soft bits of butternut squash.
- Pour a cup of water into your instant pot inner pot.
- Load your steamer basket into the instant pot.
- Load the butternut squash cubes into the steamer basket, sprinkle with salt and pepper and cook for 3 minutes on manual.
- When it beeps do quick pressure release.
- Serve.

- As a guide because not all butternut squashes are the same size our cubed squash weighed 500g. It might be easier for you to work off 2 small/medium whole butternut squash.
