Instant Pot Cheesy Taco Pasta
Instant Pot Cheesy Taco Pasta is the ultimate easy weeknight meal with shell pasta, ground beef, tomato sauce, and taco seasoning. So yummy!
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef 85/15, lean
- 3 tablespoons taco seasoning , 1 packet
- 2 cups beef broth
- 8 ounces tomato puree
- 1 cup salsa chunky
- 8 ounces pasta shells uncooked, medium
- 2 cups cheddar cheese , shredded
Instructions
- To your instant pot, on the sauté setting, add the ground beef and cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally until cooked through.
- Add in taco seasoning, beef broth, tomato puree, chunky salsa and stir well.
- Add in pasta shells, stir well.
- Close lid, close pressure valve.
- Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
- Quick release the steam, then remove the lid.
- Stir well, add half the cheese and stir again.
- Plate and top with additional cheese.
