Instant Pot Chicken Tacos
Instant Pot Chicken Tacos combine simple ingredients like boneless skinless chicken breasts, taco seasoning, chicken broth, salsa, and lime to create tender, flavorful shredded chicken. Cooking the chicken under pressure yields juicy meat that easily shreds and soaks in the tangy salsa and lime zest. The shredded chicken becomes a versatile filling for tacos, perfect for assembling with popular toppings such as cheese, lettuce, tomato, sour cream, jalapeños, and avocado.
