Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups (225g) white chocolate chips
  • 1 ½ cups (225g) milk chocolate chips
  • 24 strawberries

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Put white chocolate in a heatproof bowl that fits inside the Instant Pot insert.
  2. Put the milk chocolate in a separate heatproof bowl that also fits in the Instant Pot insert.
  3. Add 1 cup of water into Instant Pot insert, select the sauté button, and set to less heat.
  4. Stir periodically until white chocolate is fully melted. Remove the bowl.
  5. One at a time, dip the strawberries into white chocolate, then place on a baking tray to set.
  6. Add about another half cup of water to your Instant Pot.
  7. Again, use the Instant Pot as a double boiler and place the bowl of milk chocolate over the Instant Pot and allow it to melt.
  8. Remove the bowl and then dip each of the coated berries into the milk chocolate, place back on the baking tray and let them set.
  9. To decorate, drizzle any leftover chocolate over the strawberries.
  10. Place the tray in the fridge to allow the chocolate to fully cool and harden before serving.

Notes

  • You can add leftover chocolate to a piping bag to easily decorate your strawberries.
  • To make chocolate even smoother when melting add a little coconut oil.
  • If you need it to be allergen friendly- try EnjoyLife chocolate morsels or chunks
  • If you have the option, use the Low/Less or Normal Saute Setting, don’t use High.
  • You may need to stir the chocolate as it’s melting to get everything nice and smooth.
  • Make sure you’re using soft and ripe strawberries.
