Instant Pot Christmas Potpourri
This fragrant Instant Pot Christmas Potpourri recipe is an easy way to fill your house with the sweet smells of the holidays!

Servings: 1 32oz mason jar
Ingredients
- 1 orange sliced
- 1 lemon sliced
- 2 TB whole cloves
- 2 TB ground ginger
- 1 TB ground nutmeg
- 5 ticks cinnamon
- 3 bay leaves
- 1 cup cranberries
- 3 prigs rosemary
- 4 cups water
- 4 TB vanilla
Instructions
- Thinly slice oranges and lemons.
- Add all ingredients to quart-sized mason jar. Keep in fridge until ready to use.

Instant Pot Directions
- Pour contents of one jar into Instant Pot and set to sauté, until liquid begins to boil.
- Once boiling, switch Instant Pot to warm setting; leave lid off. Add water as needed, enjoying the holiday smells for up to 5 hours (or more).
Slow Cooker Directions
- Add contents of one jar to slow cooker and set to high heat. Once liquid begins to boil, switch to warm. Leave lid off. Add water as needed.
Stovetop
- Pour contents of one jar into a medium saucepan on the stovetop and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat to a simmer. Add more water when needed.

- Note: Never leave appliances or stovetop unattended.
