Instant Pot Christmas Potpourri

This fragrant Instant Pot Christmas Potpourri recipe is an easy way to fill your house with the sweet smells of the holidays!

Servings: 1 32oz mason jar

Ingredients

  • 1 orange sliced
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • 2 TB whole cloves
  • 2 TB ground ginger
  • 1 TB ground nutmeg
  • 5 ticks cinnamon
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 1 cup cranberries
  • 3 prigs rosemary
  • 4 cups water
  • 4 TB vanilla

Instructions

  1. Thinly slice oranges and lemons.
  2. Add all ingredients to quart-sized mason jar. Keep in fridge until ready to use.
Instant Pot Directions
  1. Pour contents of one jar into Instant Pot and set to sauté, until liquid begins to boil.
  2. Once boiling, switch Instant Pot to warm setting; leave lid off. Add water as needed, enjoying the holiday smells for up to 5 hours (or more).
Slow Cooker Directions
  1. Add contents of one jar to slow cooker and set to high heat. Once liquid begins to boil, switch to warm. Leave lid off. Add water as needed.
Stovetop
  1. Pour contents of one jar into a medium saucepan on the stovetop and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat to a simmer. Add more water when needed.

Notes

  • Note: Never leave appliances or stovetop unattended.
