Instant Pot Corn on the Cob Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 corns husked and cleaned
  • 1 cup cold water
  • Serving:
  • butter
  • salt
  • pepper
  • parsley

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Clean corn and remove silks
  2. Pour water into Instant Pot
  3. Place trivet into pot
  4. Add corn to pot
  5. Close lid and set to High Pressure for 2 minutes
  6. When done cooking, immediately release the pressure.
  7. Open lid carefully and remove corn
  8. Serve immediately with your favorite toppings

  • Additional topping ideas - Parmesan cheese, Mexican toppings - cheese, cream, limes
