Ingredients

Kitchen Gadgets:
  • Instant Pot
  • Spring Form Pan
Instant Pot Frozen Shrimp Ingredients:
  • 400 g frozen Shrimp
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 50 ml white wine
  • 50 g butter
  • 2 Tbsp Cajun Seasoning
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel garlic cloves. But don’t mince them and load into your instant pot pan. Add to the pan butter, wine, and shrimp. Mix.
  2. Pour a cup of water (240ml) into the bottom of your instant pot inner pot. Add the trivet and layer the pan onto the trivet. Cook for 0 minutes on manual or pressure cook button.
  3. When it beeps do quick pressure release and remove the shrimp from the instant pot.
  4. Load onto plates with a little of the marinade and reserve leftover marinade for your next seafood dish.

Notes

  • Garlic. If like me you love air fryer roasted garlic, then do re-use any spare cooked garlic you have from this recipe as it is delicious.
