Instant Pot Hard Boiled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 12 eggs
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place rack inside of an Instant Pot.
  2. Place eggs on the wire rack.
  3. Add 1 cup of water.
  4. Put the lid on and seal the Instant Pot.
  5. Set pressure cooker on high for six minutes.
  6. When the cooking time is done, release the pressure with an instant release.
  7. Carefully remove the eggs from the pot, they will be very hot.

Notes

  • If you are using a larger pressure cooker be sure to add in more water. Go up to 1 1/2 cups of water.
  • Make sure to do a quick release and immediately remove the eggs from the pot. This way they don't accidentally overcook.
  • Can't get your InstantPot to seal? Remove the lid and check the silicon ring to make sure it is in place.
