Ingredients

  • 6 pork chops bone in or out
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic 
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Season pork chops with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Place pork chops in the Instant pot.
  2. Mix garlic, honey, vegetable broth, and rice wine vinegar a small bowl.
  3. Pour this mixture over the pork chops in the pressure cooker cooker and cover.
  4. Add the lid and set the valve to sealing.
  5. Set the pressure (high pressure for 25 minutes).
  6. Do a quick release to release the pressure.
  7. Remove pork chops from Instant pot and place on a plate; cover to keep warm.
  8. In a small bowl, stir cornstarch and 2 tablespoons of the cooking liquid until well blended; stir sauce into in the Instant pot.
  9. Bring to a boil on the saute setting to help thicken the sauce (about 2-3 minutes).
  10. Serve pork chops with the sauce poured on top.
