Ingredients

  • 5 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz jar peppercini peppers with juice
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 6 hamburger buns

Instructions

  1. Add the chicken broth to the Instant Pot.
  2. Add chicken to the Instant Pot.
  3. Sprinkle ranch packet over the top.
  4. Place the stick of butter on top.
  5. Add the jar peppercini peppers with juice. 
  6. Cover and set the valve to sealing.
  7. Set the pressure to 30 minutes.
  8. Do a quick release to release the pressure.
  9. Remover the lid. Take two forks and shred the chicken.
  10. Stir to combine and serve on the hamburger buns. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Refrigerate the leftovers in an air tight container for up to 5-7 days.
