- 1/2 cup (118ml) milk
- 1/4 cup (59ml) water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups (384g) flour
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream
- 1 egg yolk

- Next, roll the dough into 10 balls, place them into a baking dish, cover, and let rise for about 30 minutes.
- Brush the dough with the cream and egg mixture.
- Preheat your oven to 350F / 190C and bake for 35-40 minutes, until golden brown.

- Don’t overheat the milk, water, and butter. You want to melt the butter gently and heat the milk and water but do not allow it to simmer or boil.
- Once you add the yeast, let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes until the yeast starts to bubble.
- Don’t forget to preheat your oven!
