Instant Pot Popcorn

This Instant Pot Popcorn recipe uses coconut oil and popcorn kernels cooked on sauté mode inside the pressure cooker. It produces lightly seasoned popcorn with a hint of coconut flavor. The method requires monitoring the popping to remove from heat once most kernels are popped, resulting in a fresh and hot snack with a subtle seasoning of popcorn salt.
