Instant Pot Pulled Pork Sandwiches Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6-7 lbs boneless Pork Shoulder Chuck Roast
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 Tbsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce 
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1/2 large onion chopped
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic 
  • 1 cup your favorite BBQ sauce (we used Stubb's Sticky Sweet)

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in an 8 quart Instant pot.
  2. Add the lid and set the valve to sealing.
  3. Cook at high pressure for 90 minutes.
  4. Allow the pressure to release naturally from the instant pot.
  5. Shred the pork with two forks or with your hand mixer.
  6. Stir in more bbq sauce if desired.
  7. Serve on toasted buns and enjoy!

Notes

  • Try adding a little brown sugar to give this recipe a twist. Also, you can substitute a pork loin instead of the pork shoulder chuck roast if you prefer. A lot of times, I use what is on sale or I have in the freezer.
