Instant pot shredded chicken

Ingredients

  • 2-3 lbs chicken breasts approximately 3-4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp Peppe

Instructions

  1. Add the chicken breasts to the instant pot.
  2. Season the chicken with the salt and pepper. Pour the chicken broth over the top.
  3. Place the lid on and set the lid valve to the "sealing" position. Cook on high pressure for 25 minutes. After the cook time, do a quick release on the pressure by moving the valve on the lid to the "venting" position.
  4. Remove the lid and shred the chicken with 2 forks.
  5. Serve immediately while warm.
