Ingredients
- 4 sweet potatoes
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Wash the potatoes thoroughly. For best flavor, do not skip this step. Use a potato scrubber or washcloth to really get the extra dirt off.
- Place a trivet inside the pressure cooker. Add 1 cup of water. Place the potatoes on the trivet, stacking them if necessary. Secure the lid and make sure the valve is set to "SEALING."
- Select "HIGH PRESSURE" with a cook time of 18 minutes.
- When the cook time ends, allow the pressure to naturally release for 15 minutes.
- Release pressure and remove potatoes from Instant Pot. Serve and enjoy.
