Irish Cider Tarragon Mustard Recipe

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup yellow mustard seeds
  • ¾ cup brown mustard seeds
  • 12 oz hard cider Irish cider
  • ¾ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp dried tarragon
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric
  • ¼ tsp allspice
  • 6 cloves whole

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl mix all of the ingredients together. Cover and allow the mixture to sit in the refrigerator undisturbed for 24 hours.*For a stronger tarragon flavor add an extra tablespoon of the herb.Using an immersion blender mix thoroughly until it begins to thicken. 
  2. Place in glass containers and store.
