Ingredients
- ¾ cup yellow mustard seeds
- ¾ cup brown mustard seeds
- 12 oz hard cider Irish cider
- ¾ cup apple cider vinegar
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp dried tarragon
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp Turmeric
- ¼ tsp allspice
- 6 cloves whole
Instructions
- In a large bowl mix all of the ingredients together. Cover and allow the mixture to sit in the refrigerator undisturbed for 24 hours.*For a stronger tarragon flavor add an extra tablespoon of the herb.Using an immersion blender mix thoroughly until it begins to thicken.
- Place in glass containers and store.
