Ingredients

  • 2 slices white sandwich bread
  • 1-2 tablespoons (15-30 milliliters) Irish butter completely softened at room temperature
  • 1 cup (25 grams) Irish crisps potato chips

Instructions

  1. Spread the butter evenly across the top of each slice of bread.
  2. Top one butter-covered slice with the crisps/potato chips.
  3. Place the other slice, butter-side down over the crisps.
  4. If desired, cut in half and serve immediately.
