Ingredients
- 2 slices white sandwich bread
- 1-2 tablespoons (15-30 milliliters) Irish butter completely softened at room temperature
- 1 cup (25 grams) Irish crisps potato chips
Instructions
- Spread the butter evenly across the top of each slice of bread.
- Top one butter-covered slice with the crisps/potato chips.
- Place the other slice, butter-side down over the crisps.
- If desired, cut in half and serve immediately.
