Ingredients
- 1 cup quinoa rinsed
- 1-3/4 cups water
Instructions
- Bring the water with the quinoa in it to a boil and cover. Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Remove the pot from the heat and allow the quinoa to rest, covered for about 10 minutes.
- Before serving, fluff the quinoa with a fork and enjoy!
