Ingredients

  • 1 cup quinoa rinsed
  • 1-3/4 cups water

Instructions

  1. Bring the water with the quinoa in it to a boil and cover. Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  2. Remove the pot from the heat and allow the quinoa to rest, covered for about 10 minutes.
  3. Before serving, fluff the quinoa with a fork and enjoy!
