Ingredients

  • 3 cups bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons garlic granules
  • 2 tablespoons onion granules
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper ground
  • 1 tablespoon salt coarse
  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley
  • 1 cup Parmigiano Reggiano cheese finely grated

Instructions

  1. Place the bread crumbs in a medium-sized bowl.
  2. Stir in the onion granules, garlic granules, parsley, salt, pepper, and cheese until combined.
  3. Store them or use them.

Notes

  • Make-Ahead: You can make this up to several weeks before using.
  • How to Store: Cover with an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 6 weeks. These will freeze well for up to 1 year.
  • If you’re making your own bread crumbs, any bread can be used.
