- 1/4 pound prosciutto toscano PDO
- 1/4 pound speck Alto Adige PGI
- 1/4 pound mortadella Bologna PGI
- 1/4 pound salami Schiacciata Piccante
- 1 cup olive mixed varieties
- 1 cup tomato roasted
- 1/2 cup dried figs halved
- 1/2 cup pistachios shelled
