Italian Chicken Marinade

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic minced or ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. In a medium glass bowl or freezer bag, combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Add up to 2 lbs of chicken and toss to coat.
  3. Marinate for at least 1 hour or up to 6 hours.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade. Grill, bake, or broil as desired.

Notes

  • To Grill Boneless Chicken BreastsPreheat grill to medium-high heat and cook chicken 7-8 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.Rest 3-5 minutes before serving.
  • Store unused marinade in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
