Italian Dressing
This Italian dressing is so delicious and so easy to make from scratch that you'll never buy storebought again!
Ingredients
- ¾ cup vegetable oil or light olive oil
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 clove garlic crushed and finely minced
- 1/2 teaspoon white sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese grated
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a mason jar with a lid and shake until combined.
- Store in the fridge for up to one week.
