Italian Dressing

This homemade Italian Dressing is made with olive oil, vinegar, herbs, and spices. It is easy to whisk up and tastes so much better than store bought dressing.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan Cheese finely grated
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon basil dried
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano dried
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley dried
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • crushed red pepper flakes dash
  • salt to taste, kosher salt and freshly ground
  • black pepper to taste, kosher salt and freshly ground

  1. To make the dressing, in a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, garlic, Parmesan cheese, honey, basil, oregano, parsley, onion powder, and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
