- ¼ - ½ red onion very thinly sliced, small
- 2 5- oz tuna don't drain, canned, Italian or Spanish, in olive oil
- lemon or more to taste, juice of 1
- olive oil extra virgin, for drizzling
- sea salt I like sel gris, coarse, for sprinkling
- ¼ cup Italian flat leaf parsley leaves
