Ingredients

  • 1 lb green beans such as haricot verts ends removed, thin
  • ¼ - ½ red onion very thinly sliced, small
  • 2 5- oz tuna don't drain, canned, Italian or Spanish, in olive oil
  • lemon or more to taste, juice of 1
  • olive oil extra virgin, for drizzling
  • sea salt I like sel gris, coarse, for sprinkling
  • ¼ cup Italian flat leaf parsley leaves
