Ingredients

  • 4 cups green cabbage shredded
  • 2 cups red cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup carrot shredded
  • 1/2 cup red onion finely diced
  • 2 jalapeños seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine green cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, red onion, and jalapeños.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the vegetable mixture and toss until well coated. Adjust seasoning as needed.
