Ingredients
- 1 pound cranberries
- 1 Jalapeño minced
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a medium saucepan.
- Bring to a boil and then reduce the heat to a simmer.
- Mash the cranberries periodically, stirring occasionally.
- Simmer for 15-20 minutes until the sauce is reduced and thick.
