Jalapeno Mango Margarita

Cool yourself off with some spicy and sweet jalapeño mango margaritas! Made with hot jalapeño, earthy tequila, and sweet mangoes, this drink will be a summertime favorite in no time!

Ingredients

For rim:
  • 1 tablespoon Tajin chile lime seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
For margarita:
  • 2 cups of diced frozen mango
  • 4 ounces tequila
  • 4 ounces mango juice
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • 1/2 Jalapeño top trimmed

Instructions

For rim:
    Cup of Yum
  1. Place your tajin and salt onto a flat small plate. Mix until combined.
For margarita:
  1. Use a wedge of lime to moisten the rim of your glasses.
  2. Dip the edges of the rim of the glass onto a plate with tajin and salt. Set aside. 
  3. In a blender, add the mango, tequila, mango juice, lime juice, and jalapeño.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  5. Pour the frozen cocktail into your prepared glasses.
  6. Garnish with lime, sliced jalapeno, or a sprinkle of Tajin.

Notes

  • Add more or less jalapeno depending on your love of heat. Taking out the seeds in the jalapeno will also reduce the spice level.
