Jalapeño Popper Dip
Jalapeño Popper Dip combines softened cream cheese and sour cream with sharp cheddar, diced jalapeños, and crumbled bacon for a rich, spicy appetizer. A crunchy topping of crushed Ritz crackers, cheddar, garlic, and butter adds texture. Baked until bubbly and golden, this dip offers creamy heat balanced by the savory bacon and cheesy crumb topping, making it suitable for chip or bread dippers.

- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded sharp
- 3 medium jalapeños deseeded, diced
