Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 4 jalapeños seeded and diced
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1/4 cup butter melted, unsalted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  2. Stir in cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and diced jalapeños until well combined. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and melted butter. Sprinkle this topping evenly over the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the dip is bubbling. Serve warm with chips or crackers.
