Jalapeno Popper Dip

If you love jalapeño poppers, give this lazy day jalapeño popper dip with mayo and sour cream a try. Extra creamy baked cheese with a hint of heat.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 4 ounces green chilies drained
  • 4 ounces diced jalapeno peppers drained
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese freshly shredded (divided)
  • 1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375ºF.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, chilies, peppers and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Mix well. 16 ounces cream cheese, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 cup sour cream, 4 ounces green chilies, 4 ounces diced jalapeno peppers, 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  3. Spread this in a 12" cast iron skillet (or pie plate or 8" square baking dish).
  4. In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and remaining Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle over the cheese mixture. 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
  5. Drizzle the melted butter over the bread crumbs. 2 tablespoons melted butter
  6. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve warm with toasted baguette bread, pretzels or chips.
