Ingredients
- 16 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 4 ounces green chilies drained
- 4 ounces diced jalapeno peppers drained
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese freshly shredded (divided)
- 1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375ºF.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, chilies, peppers and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Mix well. 16 ounces cream cheese, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 cup sour cream, 4 ounces green chilies, 4 ounces diced jalapeno peppers, 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- Spread this in a 12" cast iron skillet (or pie plate or 8" square baking dish).
- In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and remaining Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle over the cheese mixture. 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- Drizzle the melted butter over the bread crumbs. 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Bake for 30 minutes. Serve warm with toasted baguette bread, pretzels or chips.
