Jalapeno Popper Stuffed Sliders

Roasted jalapenos, cream cheese & crispy bacon are stuffed into these delicious grilled hamburger stuffed sliders, perfect for Summer BBQ's & parties!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup cooked & crumbled bacon
  • 2 jalapeños
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 12 King’s Hawaiian Jalapeño Rolls

Instructions

  1. To roast the jalapenos, place them under the broiler, or on the grill, until black and bubbling, then place them in a plastic bag and seal closed for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Remove from the bag and peel the skin from the jalapenos.
  3. De-stem, de-seed and dice the jalapenos.
Jalapeno Popper Sliders
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, cooked bacon and roasted diced jalapenos.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, salt and pepper, then form 12 small sliders with small wells in the middle of each.
  3. Spoon the cream cheese, bacon, jalapeno mix into the well of the sliders.
  4. Wrap the meat around the cream cheese.
  5. Place on a grill over medium heat and cook for 5-7 minutes per side.
  6. Top with cheddar cheese and serve on King’s Hawaiian Jalapeno Rolls.
