Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 12 tbsp unsalted butter extra cold
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 6 tbsp ice water
  • 1 1/2 cups jam

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine the all-purpose flour and sugar. Grate the cold butter into the flour mixture.
  2. Stir the egg yolks and water into the flour mixture.
  3. Work the dough by hand until it is well-combined. Cover and chill the dough in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
  4. Remove the dough from the fridge and roll it out into a thin, flat layer. Using a cookie cutter, stamp out the dough.
  5. Place each dough piece inside the molds of a mini cupcake pan.
  6. Spoon a bit of jam into the tart shells.
  7. Bake the shells at 350°F for about 15 minutes or until they are golden brown. Allow them to cool, then enjoy!
