Japanese Carrot Ginger Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • 1/4 cup grated ginger
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Tamari soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, add the grated carrots, ginger, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil and water and blend until everything is pureed, but still has some texture.
  2. Taste the dressing and adjust the ingredients or seasonings as needed. Pour the dressing into a jar or container and refrigerate until ready to use.
  3. Your dressing will keep a week in the refrigerator.
