Ingredients

  • 1cup/130g all purpose flour
  • 4 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. Sift all ingredients onto a parchment paper.
  2. Put them in a jar.
  3. Cover with the lid, tie a ribbon and stick the label onto the front of the jar.

Notes

  • *1 This amount of dry ingredients makes about 4 pancakes. 
  • *2 To make pancake, you will need to add 1 egg, 3 tbsp of yoghurt, and 1/3 cup +2 tsp milk.
