Japanese sesame dressing 胡麻ドレッシング

This yummy Japanese sesame dressing is rich and creamy with a sesame nutty flavour. It's a favourite of Japanese people's and it goes with every salad.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbs white sesame seed paste
  • 1 tbs Japanese mayonnaise
  • 1 tbs rice vinegar
  • 1 tbs soy milk or milk
  • 1/2 tbs mirin
  • 1/2 tbs sugar
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp roasted sesame seeds

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix them well.
  2. I used Japanese motor to grind the roasted sesame seeds then add rest of the ingredients and mix.

Notes

  • If you are unable to access to white sesame seed paste, it can be replaced with tahini
