Japanese sesame dressing 胡麻ドレッシング
This yummy Japanese sesame dressing is rich and creamy with a sesame nutty flavour. It's a favourite of Japanese people's and it goes with every salad.
Ingredients
- 2 tbs white sesame seed paste
- 1 tbs mayonnaise Japanese
- 1 tbs rice vinegar
- 1 tbs soy milk or milk
- 1/2 tbs mirin
- 1/2 tbs sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp sesame seed roasted
Instructions
- combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix them well.
- I used Japanese motor to grind the roasted sesame seeds then add rest of the ingredients and mix.
Notes
- If you are unable to access to white sesame seed paste, it can be replaced with tahini
