Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons sesame paste, or tahini
  • 2 tablespoons mirin
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon miso
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds (optional), for garnish

  1. Place the ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until smooth and creamy.
