Ingredients

  • 2 cups Jarlsberg cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons red onion finely diced
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded Jarlsberg cheese, mayonnaise, red onion, lemon juice, milk, and salt and black pepper. Stir until the mixture is well combined.
  2. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours so the flavors can meld.
  3. Before serving, garnish with chopped fresh parsley. Serve the dip with assorted crackers, bread, or vegetables.
