Jeera Rice
Jeera Rice is basmati rice cooked with whole spices like cumin seeds, bay leaf, black cardamom, and cinnamon stick to infuse aromatic flavor. The rice is sautéed briefly with spices before simmering with water and salt until tender. Fresh coriander is added towards the end for a bright herbal note.
