Ingredients
- 2 pork tenderloins approximately 12 ounces each
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a small bowl, add the melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, rosemary, salt, and black pepper and whisk together well.
- Brush the raw pork with the butter mixture and set aside to marinade for 15 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400° F for a minimum of 5 minutes.
- Place the tenderloins in the air fryer basket. If your basket is too small for both, cook them separately.
- Cook for 13-15 minutes, flipping it halfway through, until an instant meat thermometer inserted into the center registers 145º F. If cooking two in one basket, you may need to increase the cooking time to 20 minutes.
- Remove the pork from the air fryer and place it on a plate and let it rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with mashed or roasted potatoes and a favorite veggie like asparagus or broccoli
Cup of Yum
Notes
- Don't skip preheating the air fryer. It is essential in sealing in the juices.
- Use any spices you'd like. Thyme and basil are other wonderful choices.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
- To freeze them, once cooled completely, wrap in aluminum foil and place it in a freezer-safe container and freezer for up to 3 months.
- Reheating: When you're ready to enjoy the leftover pork tenderloin, there are a few methods to reheat it:
- Stovetop: Slice leftover pork tenderloin and heat the slices in a skillet with a little olive oil or butter over low heat.
- Oven: Preheat the oven to it's lowest temperature and place the tenderloin in an oven-safe dish covered with foil and heat just until heated through.
- Microwave: Place the pork on a microwave-safe plate and cover with a damp paper towel and heat for 15 seconds intervals until just barely heated through. It can over cook quickly so be careful.
