Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika powder
  • 1 sprig of rosemary needles finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 1/2 pound boneless pork ribs
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves crushed
  • BBQ sauce optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. In a small bowl, combine the garlic powder, smoked paprika powder, chopped rosemary, sea salt, and fresh ground black pepper.
  2. Rub the ribs on both sides with the spice mix, then place them in a single layer in a casserole dish.
  3. Add the olive oil and crushed garlic to the pork ribs.
  4. Place the casserole dish in the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
  5. Remove the ribs from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving with the BBQ sauce. Enjoy!
