Kachumber Salad Recipe | Indian Kachumber Salad

Kachumber Salad is a crisp and refreshing Indian chopped vegetable salad combining cucumber, tomato, onion, and herbs with lemon juice and lightly toasted spices. The finely diced vegetables retain a fresh crunch, while the sprinkle of roasted cumin powder and black salt adds depth. It works well as a side dish to accompany Indian meals or as a light snack.
