Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour maida
- 5 gram yeast dissolved in warm water
- salt a pinch
- 1 teaspoon neutral cooking oil generic cooking oil
- ½ teaspoon yogurt
- ½ egg
- 1 cup water
Keema Filling
- 100 gram beef minced
- 2 small green chili
- 1 Medium onion
- 1 Medium tomato
- 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
- 2 teaspoon of oil
Spices
- salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
Instructions
Dough Making
- Mix flour, a pinch of salt, dissolved yeast, yoghurt, and 1 teaspoon oil in a bowl. Add half a beaten egg, then gradually mix in 1 cup of water and ½ teaspoon oil. Cover and let the dough rise for an hour.

For Filling
- In a pan, heat 2 tablespoon of oil. Add onions, fry 1 min. Add green chillies, ginger garlic paste, fry 1 min more. Add tomato cubes, cook until soft. Add minced beef, fry till it changes color. Add spices, mix, cook for a few mins. Add ½ cup water, simmer till dry. Remove from heat.
Making Naan
- Divide the dough into 2 portions, grease with oil, and shape into rounds. Fill with keema filling, flatten, and shape like parathas. Cook in a pan with butter until golden on both sides, flipping as needed.
Notes
- Pro Tips:
- While making dough make sure your bowl sides are dry.
- if your dough is sticky it means your dough is perfect, if it is not sticky then you have miss something like yeast etc.
- Make sure your hands are clean
